From weekly visits to monthly, quarterly, bi-annually and annual visits. These services can include a formal report after each visit if needed.
  • Preparing your annual operational budget – annual, 3-year and 5-year forecast.
  • Client interaction. We will visit your important clients (tenants) on an agreed schedule to address any concerns or complaints.

Auditing

  • Condition auditing of your property with recommendations and estimated costs.
  • A complete audit of your current operational structure and procedures. Any shortfalls will be identified, and solutions suggested.
  • Property inspections for new and prospective home owners.

Implementation

  • The implementation of FM operational systems, making sure your assets get maintained as required. This can be done on new build properties as well as existing properties.
  • Training of Facilities Managers on processes and procedures.
